(Must be a licensed agent in your state to receive referral)
When Does the Referral Program Make Sense?
You have a client who’s had their home for sale for an extended amount of time and it doesn’t appear the house will sell in the current market.
When your client needs a faster form of income and can’t wait longer for their property to sell.
When you have a client that’s ready to buy a house and needs to do something with their home quickly.
Regardless of The Situation,
when you refer one of your clients to Aksarben Property Management you can rest assured that we will take care of them and when they’re ready to sell their home in the future, we’ll encourage them to connect back to you for the listing.
Our pledge is to maintain the property and provide the best possible support to your client and smoothly transition them back to you once they are ready to sell.
We will never take a listing from an agent…it’s just not what we do. We’re experts at finding great tenants for owners and great homes for tenants. WE PUT THIS IS WRITING!!
So, How Do You Get Paid?
For every client that you refer to Aksarben Property Management, that signs an annual management agreement, we will pay you $500. If your client’s home is currently occupied we will still pay you a referral fee of $500! The exact referral amount for Homewatch accounts and Seasonal Rentals is to be determined based on contract details. To ensure we know that this referral is from you, please take a second and fill out the form on this page. It will be uploaded to our system where we can easily track the owner or tenant you refer. please take a second to fill out the form above, on this page, and include your Brokerage info as well. payout instructions
Aksarben Property Management will pay promptly pending the completion of the following:
- Tenant signed lease
- First month’s rent paid
Invoices are paid every two weeks, we will need the following items emailed to billing@aksarbenpropertymanagement.com:
- Completed W-9 on file for the brokerage.
- Referral form signed by your Brokerage, Please make sure it includes:
- Name of Agent and license number
- Name of Owner | Address of property
- Name of Applicant | Tenant Address of Home
