So, how do you get paid?
For every client that you refer to Aksarben Property Management, that signs an annual management agreement, we will pay you $500. If your client's home is currently occupied we will still pay you a referral fee of $500! The exact referral amount for Homewatch accounts and Seasonal Rentals is to be determined based on contract details. To ensure we know that this referral is from you, please take a second and fill out the form on this page. It will be uploaded to our system where we can easily track the owner or tenant you refer. please take a second to fill out the form above, on this page, and include your Brokerage info as well. payout instructions
Aksarben Property Management will pay promptly pending the completion of the following:
- Tenant signed lease
- First month’s rent paid
Invoices are paid every two weeks, we will need the following items emailed to billing@aksarbenpropertymanagement.com:
- Completed W-9 on file for the brokerage.
- Referral form signed by your Brokerage, Please make sure it includes:
- Name of Agent and license number
- Name of Owner | Address of property
- Name of Applicant | Tenant Address of Home
