Shuraya Frauendorfer Accounting Specialist

An area native who grew up on a farm between Humphrey and Lindsay, Shuraya Frauendorfer joined kwELITE as an accounting specialist in late 2022.

She graduated from Humphrey High School in 2012 and went on to attend and play volleyball at Central Community College in Columbus before continuing her education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. There, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Upon graduation, she went to work for the Nebraska State Treasurer's Office. At the end of November 2019, she moved to Omaha and continued her career in government accounting for Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission. Located in downtown Omaha, the Building Commission managed all the buildings/offices for the City of Omaha and Douglas County. This includes the Civic Center, Douglas County Courthouse, Juvenile Justice Center and also a couple parking garages.

In December 2021, she and her boyfriend, Brian, relocated to Columbus to raise their son, Phoenix, who was born in July 2022.

In her role at kwELITE, Frauendorfer handles accounting for several Parkway Plaza businesses. She said it's an ideal fit.
